-Latin: Cavia porcellus or can be referred to as 'Cavys'.

How Long Do Guinea Pigs Live For?
-Guinea Pigs Normally live for around 5-8 years, but given that they are happy and Healthy, they can live a few years longer.

How Often Does My Guinea Pig Need A Bath?
-This may depend on the Breed, but once a Month is great. Bathing your Guinea Pig too often can cause skin problems which should be avoided.

How Often Does My Guinea Pig Need Its Nails Cutting?
-The more Often the better, but if you want a routine then once a Month is good.

My Guinea Pig Is Eating Its Own Poo!
-This is normal for a Guinea Pig and is called Coprophagy. They do this because the dropping still sontain Protein which is important in their diet.
