Tail Problems

Right, this is about the same Hamster, Boxer, but for a different thing this time!
I have looked at his tail (I check him over every night) and have noticed that it's slightly bent? Bent to the left abit, and when he walks, it looks like he lifts his left leg abit higher than the right to avoid the tail- it's hard to explain.
I have had alot of problems with Boxer, but I can asure you that it's not because I ill treat him. He is housed properly, cleaned out once a week, has toys, clean water, fresh food.
Is he deformed or something? Is that possible?
