I think you have done very well to speak in English the way you have- I don't know much of it.
I think what you are trying to say is that your Hamster is not drinking, they are nocturnal, so you may not have seen the Hamster drnking, and they do take time to settle in.

I speak French very well, top set at school. I see what your saying.

I français fluent du speake et moi peut t'indiquer que vous hamster setteling juste dedans. Parfois ils prennent un moment pour faire ainsi, mais ne s'inquiètent pas. Car l'Admin a indiqué cela peut prendre du temps d'arranger dedans ou vous ne pouvez pas avoir l'avez vu buvant car ils sont les créatures nocturnes.

Ok. For those of you who don't know what's going on here she says that they Hamster has a crusty yellow spot under the belly- a scent gland. Its blocked I think. She says what does she do if her Hamster does not drink still. Ok I telling her what to do in French.
I am going to tell her to clean the scent gland with water and a cotton bud and also to keep us updated.

La tache croustillante est une glande de parfum. Elle peut être bloquée ainsi vous devrez la nettoyer avec un bourgeon humide de coton que l'autre sage elle obtiendra bloquée et gonflera vers le haut.
Quant au problème potable svp gardez-nous a mis à jour.
